Keep the Love Going

On May 13 you could feel the love in the air. The restaurant I took my family to was jammed full of happy faces. Mothers were aglow as their children and spouses/ significant others treated them to a few hours of spoiling. And it was obvious that the families of these mothers were enjoying the opportunity to make mother feel special. The wait staffs were frazzled with the overload, but I saw no undue impatience. Mothers carrying flowers and gifts were reveling in the attention. And that is how it should be. I know scores of mothers and they all pretty much feel the same way - there is nothing dearer to them than their families, and any opportunity to spend time with them is cherished. Mothers are so special! So, let's remember that as we leave Mother's Day in our wake. Let's show love and respect to these awesome women everyday and always remember that they are the loving glue that holds the family together in so many special ways. Keep the love alive!
