America's Hall of Shame
Criminal Injustice, America's Hall of Shame, was written in a prison camp setting where wrongly convicted inmates shared their stories of being investigated, tried, convicted, and incarcerated. There has never been a book like this where the point of view is from people living the nightmare. These twelve stories will make the reader wonder how things ever got this bad. The criminal justice system in America is hopelessly broken. Families are torn apart, careers are destroyed, and men and women are unjustly convicted and punished for doing nothing more than being at the wrong place at the wrong time. While the need for police, investigators, and prosecutors is undeniable, there still remains an element in the justice system that is corrupt, dishonest, and incompetent.
